11 minute recording of me messing about with a smashed up piano that was dumped in a hedge near Bristol. There are no tunes, just noises! I can't play a piano anyway, let alone a smashed up one stuck in a hedge at a funny angle. Recorded in 16bit WAV on Edirol R-1 and Sony ECM-MS907. Sample has not be processed at all. Small amount of wind noise towards the end. It gets better as it goes along... At about 6:30 into the recording there's a really loud bit and I scared a whole load of crows up into the air from some nearby trees, you can just hear them, squawking around in the sky afterwards. Its a shame they aren't a bit louder in the recording though.

That's really really cool! You could totally use it in a survival horror game...

awesome work TJMothy, i love these sort of sounds...and the story that goes with it is terrific! some chops of this are definitely gonna be thrown into Bhajis for manipulation...some minimal beats underneath, perhaps some flamming of certain piano tones :)
